Worldwide health services organization, Cigna, had multiple projects in varying locations around the Valley such as San Tan, Scottsdale Norte, SkySong, Palm Valley, Paradise Valley, Norterra, Sun City, and Superstition Springs. Cigna projects included medical clinic tenant improvements, with individual upgrades that differ in square footage and design for each project. Features include the build out of new exam rooms, employee lounges, triages, blood draws, offices, treatment rooms, waiting reception areas, and pharmacies. Other features include sliding wood doors, wrapped PLAM soffits, and heavy trenchwork for new sinks in each exam room. Some projects required the demolition of existing space. Each medical suite ranges from 5,000 SF to 25,000 SF.
