Jokake Construction

Welbrook is a 35,000 SF skilled nursing facility housing 50 single occupant suites. Amenities include a 2,700 SF therapy gym, onsite commercial kitchen, therapy garden, salon and activity room. The building is wood framed construction with stucco and stone veneer façade including a large decorative covered entryway. Project required significant site work, including 13,000 CY of imported fill, underground retention tanks, and a new parking lot.
