Completed in four phases of construction, Jokake expanded the footprint of WL Gore’s Flagstaff facility to 50,000 SF. The existing interior space was completely demolished and rebuilt to include a new R&D clean room, manufacturing space, office and conference rooms, cold storage, and a new mezzanine. Mechanical and electrical infrastructure upgrades were vital to the project’s success. Jokake managed all aspects of pre-construction, procurement, and construction while maintaining ongoing critical operations.
