Partnering with the developer at the time of ownership, our team provided pre-construction and small scope construction services for the redeveloped and expanded industrial distribution space in Sky Harbor’s industrial submarket. Pre-construction services for HUB 317 included budgeting and supporting lease negotiations for potential tenants. Additionally, Jokake’s operations teams decommissioned heavy equipment that remained from a previous tenant and prepared the space as a grey shell for future tenants.
