Ditech at Discovery Business Campus
The 174,000 SF redevelopment of the 1980s Motorola Building transformed into a stunning new building for Ditech at the Discovery Business Park. Project scope included substantial site renovations, comprising of 2,100 linear feet of underground retention and a new parking lot, as well as a new building facade and monument entrance. The space and building footprint was truly redeveloped with the removal of vacant storage areas to create more parking, adding lighting, and redoing all of the landscaping.
