The design-build manufacturing operations facility for medical technology company BD totals approximately 40,000 SF, including their new two-story expansion to their Peripheral Intervention ISO 8 cleanroom and research and development lab space. Design build services include bringing design in-house to the Jokake team, complete VDC services and full model, and construction management. Multiple critical shut downs were conducted during construction with no time loss and daily operations for the $17B biotechnology company were never interrupted.
