Jokake Construction

Located in Downtown Tempe, this Confidential Global Client project includes the creation of interstitial stairs in a post-tension building, linking floors 6 & 7. The stairs will lead to a speakeasy, a growing trend we are seeing for clients in office spaces. Design by Corgan infuses elements of the “sophisticated Arizona desert”, with colors such as Sedona mauve and cactus green being used throughout. This Class-A office space includes conference rooms, collaboration areas, and private offices. Jokake is seeking LEED for this unique & modern office project.
